For chartered accountants, company secretaries and law firms
Track deadlines, risks and penalty exposure across your entire client base, sorted by what is most urgent, with the section number and the rupee figure already attached. You review it, you advise, you invoice. Firm licences from ₹2,999 a month, and free at 20 active clients.
Register your firm See the document libraryWhen a client's ROC filing is late they do not call a lawyer, they call you. A notice arrives, a contract needs a second opinion, somebody asks whether the new data protection law applies to them — it lands on your desk, you answer because that is the relationship, and you do not bill for it because it was not in the engagement letter and it took twenty minutes. Twenty minutes, forty times a month, across twenty clients. Every practice knows compliance advisory is a retainer line; nobody scales it, because tracking twenty clients' deadlines and exposure by hand stops working at about five.
The partner console merges every advised client's statutory calendar onto one date line at 30, 60 or 90 days, and lists every client that has granted you access ordered by rupees accruing right now rather than alphabetically. Each row carries their standing, what is overdue, open contract risks and the single thing to do first, and you can open any client's workspace and work in it exactly as its owner would.
No GST is charged. VidhiSar is not registered under GST, so no tax invoice is issued. Annual billing is two months free. Additional client workspace ₹149 a month; additional login ₹399 a month.
Your licence cost falls as your client count grows: 20% off at 5 active clients, 50% at 10, and free at 20. This is a discount on your firm's own subscription. It is not a share of anything your clients pay, and VidhiSar never bills your clients — there is no client payment for it to be a share of, which is what makes it something a member in practice can accept. A commission on a client's payment would engage item 3 of Part I of the First Schedule to the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, and we do not offer one.
Chartered accountants and advocates on the reviewer panel check AI-generated drafts before they reach a business. You are the professional and we are the client: you invoice us monthly for work completed, with TDS deducted at source. It is independent of any licence, so you can review without holding one.
Your practice holds the licence and pays for it; your clients have no billing relationship with us at all. What you charge a client for compliance advisory is your own professional fee for your own work. Client data belongs to the client rather than to us or to your firm, and nothing is deleted because a licence lapsed. We do not market to a client who arrived through you.
