Growth Intern at VidhiSar

Internship · Remote · Commission-based · Remote, anywhere in India

Call small businesses, get them onto a free 2-minute compliance check, and earn a share of every subscription that follows.

Apply for this role

What you would do

  • Introduce VidhiSar to small business owners and startup founders by phone, and invite them to take the free compliance assessment.
  • Qualify each business — sector, size, and whether they already work with a chartered accountant — and record what you learn.
  • Keep an accurate written record of every conversation so the team can follow up on it.
  • Represent the company accurately: explain what the product does, and refer every legal question to it.
  • Report on your own numbers weekly — conversations held, assessments sent, accounts opened.

Who this is for

  • Confident speaking to a stranger on the phone in Hindi, English or Hinglish.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated. The role is designed to run alongside a degree.
  • Comfortable working to a defined process and keeping your own records straight.
  • Persistent without being pushy — most calls end in a no, and the next one still has to sound fresh.

What you get

  • Up to 50% commission on the subscription value of every account you convert, tracked live in your portal.
  • An internship certificate and a signed reference letter on completion.
  • A full-time offer for the strongest performers — this is our main route to hiring onto the growth team.
  • Full onboarding: a call framework, a qualified prospect list, and hands-on time with the product before your first call.
  • Direct experience of how a software company actually finds and keeps customers.

How we expect you to work

  • Use the call framework you are given, and stay within it.
  • State plainly who you are and which company you represent.
  • Log every conversation honestly, including the ones that went badly.
  • Respect a no. Thank them, close the call, move on.

What is not permitted

  • Giving legal advice or interpreting a statute. Refer the question to the assessment.
  • Telling a business it will be fined, prosecuted or penalised.
  • Presenting yourself as a lawyer, a chartered accountant, or a government official.
  • Contacting anyone who has asked not to be contacted again.
  • Sharing any prospect list or contact detail outside the company.
